Barnsley defender Rob Edwards has joined League Two Fleetwood Town on a month-long loan.
It will be familiar territory for the 29-year-old defender who joined the Reds from Fleetwood's neighbours Blackpool last year.
Barnsley manager Keith Hill signed Edwards and made him captain but injuries and lack of form restricted the Welsh international to just 18 appearances last season.
He is yet to feature in this campaign and appears to be behind Stephen Foster, captain Jim McNulty, new signing Martin Cranie and converted centre-back Scott Wiseman in the pecking order.
Hill recently allowed another defender, Lee Collins, to join Shrewsbury Town on loan.
Fleetwood were promoted from the Conference last season and are currently third in League Two.
