THE THURNSCOE youth project is planning to become a limited company to secure its future.

At an extraordinary general meeting on Monday voluntary manager Ian Ball outlined a five year proposal which will involve major changes to the club.

As a limited company it would require a board of trustees and a management committee made up of a chair, vice chair, treasurer, secretary and other elected representatives. Details will be registered with Companies House.

Staff arein the process of getting accountancy, monitoring and banking systems in place.
