If it is the 2 thats done it and they are found guilty i hope someone smashes the hands with a hammer to prevent them doing anything similar again. And i hope they are forced out of barnsley when released from prison just like harvey has been forced out after living here for the last 80 years

Law rapidly needs changing, crimes like this needs very serious consequenses, oh and i don't mean putting them up in prison were they have a roof over there scum bag heads, 3 meals a day, TV, drugs, gym memberships all things i have to work hard to pay for, just call it free living!!!!! . Invitation to crime .

I hope, if it's them, they pay heavily for this. Not only did I lose my mum, Molly Clemit, I feel like this has ripped our family apart and I've lost my lovely dad too. I know he's only in Bournemouth but we're very close and I saw him every day. We are all so upset about what's happened.

If these people get caught and prosecuted and punished , people will see they have vast amounts of money and resources expended on them - even possibly get pocket money and free services of all kinds.

.

They will ( whether they go to prison or not) get lots more attention , time ,effort and funds than the poor old pensioner who they cruelly assaulted and robbed..

.

Do you think the system is not working properly and is not set up to protect the innocent and the general public. What a farce - a lawyers dream.

Name them !!what they ned is some good fashioned justice a good kicking so nx time they think about robbing a defenceless just widowed 80 yr old man they will "oh dear best not do this i dont want my legs stamping on again"

If it these what have been arrested and they are found guilty and get the punishment, not what they deserve but only what the law will allow, then maybe Harvey will think about coming back to his home where he belongs. Then perhaps we can throw a street party for him just to let him know how much support and friends he has got who will not stand for such a despicable crime.
