New B and M creates jobs

By Alana Cannon Thursday 24th April 2014

THE OPENING of a B and M store outside the town centre has created 50 jobs.

The store is due to open at 9am on April 25 on the old PC World site at the bottom of Old Mill Lane.

Store manager Adam Pollock said: "We're really proud to be opening our second store in Barnsley, we have a team of colleagues who are willing to provide great value products and world class service to our customers."

The other B and M store is based at Barnsley Retail Park on Wombwell Lane, Stairfoot.
