Barnsley visit for Silk actress

ACTRESS Maxine Peake spoke at an event to mark the 30th anniversary of the start of the year-long miners' strike and International Women's Day.


The star of 'Silk' and 'The Village' appeared at the National Union of Mineworkers' offices on Huddersfield Road on Saturday.
