Late night chemist openings

Chemists open for late night/additional dispensing of medicines:


Lloyds Pharmacy, 32-34 Midland Street, Barnsley: Today and tomorrow 6pm to 8pm; Sunday 10am to 6pm and Monday to Thursday 6pm to 8pm.


Asda Pharmacy: Tomorrow 7am to 10pm; Sunday 10am to 4pm; Monday 8am to 11pm and Tuesday to Friday 7am to 11pm.


Tesco Pharmacy, Wombwell Lane, Barnsley: Monday 8am to 10.30pm; Tuesday to Friday 6.30am to 10.30pm; Saturday 6.30am to 10pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.


Assura Pharmacy, 16 to 18 Market Street, Hoyland: Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm; Sunday 10am to 8pm.


Averroes Pharmacy, Garland House Surgery, 1 Church Street, Darfield: Monday to Saturday 7am to 10.30pm; Sunday 9am to 4pm.

Barnsley Hospital: All wards daily, 3.30pm to 5pm and 6.30pm to 8pm. Open visiting on the children’s ward, but relatives must be accompanied by one of the child’s parents. Maternity ward visiting: partners, 10am to 8pm, siblings, 10am to 8pm, no other children under 14, other visitors 2pm to 4.30pm and 6.30pm to 8pm. Visiting at the intensive care unit is noon to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm and at the coronary care unit from 10am to noon, 3pm to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm. Other times at the discretion of the ward sister/charge nurse.


Kendray Hospital: Open visiting.


Oakwell Centre: Daily visiting, 5pm to 8pm.


Mount Vernon Hospital: Daily 3pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm; weekends 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.
