Civic chief put on 'gardening leave'

Fergus Justice-Mills has a wealth of experience in the creative sphere ranging from Northampton to London, was appointed in 2008.

But the Chronicle understands that after a period of mounting dissatisfaction lawyers are now discussing the terms of his severance package.

Tracey Lally, chairman of the Board of Trustees, said Andrew Jacques, head of operations, was now heading the organisation on a day-to-day basis.
