Brothers are star pupils

These brothers are little stars - and they 've got the badges to prove it.

Jude, six, Joshua, five, and Jake, eight, Fitzgerald won the stars as part of Doncaster Road primary school's reward system.

The lads, of Pindar Street, picked up points for things like behaviour, reading and achievement. They collected them on the same day for reaching 30 'merit points'. Proud mum Bev said they were the only siblings to collect the stars.

She said: "They get merits for things like if they do something good. They get rewarded. I am very proud. For them to get the stars all at once is brilliant them."

She said the lads were busily working towards 60 points and another prize.
