Locks by day, rock by night

A Barnsley locksmith  – and rocksmith – will be headlining a major heavy metal convention with his AC/DC tribute band.

Colin Broadhead and his band Dirty/DC will take centre-stage at Hammerfest in Prestatyn from March 15 to 18.

Colin, 46, of Silkstone Common, plays bass. He said: “It’s going to be a pretty huge gig and we’ve managed to get a headline slot, so we’re really pleased.”

Other acts performing include Anthrax, Skindred and Paradise Lost.

Dirty/DC will also be performing at Birdwell Club on February 25.
