Every good panto needs a dame cracking witty jokes and wearing garish costumes. But Dearne Playhouse’s Dick Whittington panto is still without somebody to play the vital part.
Rehearsals will soon be underway and the other ten parts have now been cast.Simon Carr, panto producer, said it was vital to find a dame and that anybody interested could attend an audition at the Dearne Playhouse on October 9 at 3pm.
The panto will take to the stage for a week from January 21. The production has been written by Karl Ridsdale.
