A FORMER magistrate who has suffered years of anguish at the hands of his neighbour will not be bothered 'one iota' if his tormentor is jailed.
Barry Roddis claims his life has been hell for years because of harassment by Barrie Barker who lives next door.
Last Friday Barker, 55, was convicted of breaching an asbo, put in place to stop him plaguing his neighbours. He could be jailed when he is sentenced next month and has been ordered not to go within half a mile of his own home as part of his bail conditions.
