TWO students have raised almost £2,000 for a cancer hospital after completing a charity skydive.
Andrew Johnson, 19, of Limes Way, Gawber, and Mathew Collin, 21 from Royston, decided to do a sky dive and chose Weston Park hospital, Sheffield, as the cause.
The dive took place at Hibaldstow near Scunthorpe in June and earlier this month Andrew, studying advertising and marketing at Sheffield Hallam University, and teaching student Mathew handed over the cash.
Andrew said: "We chose Weston Park because a couple of members of my family and someone from work have been treated there and you never know when you are going to need a charity like that."
