ITV fame for star struck extra Jack

A BUDDING actor was left star struck when he found himself rubbing shoulders with TV favourite, David Jason.

Jack Goodyear, 12, was chosen to appear as an extra in ITV's 'Albert's Memorial', a drama about three second world war veterans starring the Only Fools and Horses' actor.

He said: "I am a member of the Tykes 2000 casting agency and have been asked to be an extra on Shameless and Cold Blood.

"I was excited to be chosen for this latest drama as it involved working with David Jason and I really rate him as an actor.

Jack, of Rimini Rise, Darfield, will appear in the ITV drama in March.
