Museum invites entries for annual exhibition

Entires are being sought for Darfield Museum’s annual exhibition.

The 35th art, craft and memorabilia exhibition will be opened by Ron Fisher and takes place between August 25 and 26.

The memorabilia section has a ‘Crossing Continents’ theme this year and will feature items old and new from across the globe.

To submit an item, or pieces of art or craft, contact Margaret Venables on 752576 or call in at the museum.

The museum will have extended opening hours for the exhibition and will opening between 10am and 6pm on the Saturday and 11am to 5pm on the Sunday.
