Post Office is a Christmas treasure trove

Anyone travelling along Pogmoor Road must have got a great deal of pleasure from passing the local Post Office.

What a festive treat – wonderful Christmas window displays reminiscent of days gone by. I am not a resident of Pogmoor, but being in the area I just had to go inside.

Once more, a little treasure trove of goodies, cards, Christmas trim, gifts and preserves. What a joy to see. It attains the real spirit of Christmas. In these days of doom and gloom it gladdens the heart to see someone has made the effort to bring a little pleasure to the people.
