Ten of us, family, friends and five children, went to the bonfire at Locke Park last week.
It was our first visit since moving to Barnsley last year. I would like to say well done to the people who organised it. We had a great evening.
There was lots to see, the atmosphere was good and our four-year-old was really impressed by the funfair and fireworks.
Can I also say how much I liked the picture of the young ‘sparkler’ lady in last week’s paper?
