Edward Maddison - Death

Go Back

Published on the 22nd February 2013.

Maddison, Edward (Ted)
Gone, dear Father, gone for ever,
How we miss your smiling face,
But you left us to remember,
None on earth can take your place.
A happy home we once enjoyed,
How sweet the memory still,
But death has left a loneliness
The world can never fill.
Love from Tony and Sandra.
Though your smile has gone for ever,
And your hand we cannot touch,
We have so many memories,
Of you, Grandad we loved so much.
Love from Gary, Clare, Jack, Katie and Libby.
I have only your memory, dear Grandad,
To remember my whole life through,
But the sweetness will linger forever,
As I treasure the image of you.
Love from Neil, Debby and Amy
