The Barnsley Independent has reviewed its distribution once more, and after some small adjustments has now increased its penetration in postcodes: S70 - 3 and S75 - 3. All postcodes covered in the Barnsley Independent distribution now have a minimum penetration of 83.67%, which is great news. Our average penetration is 98.33%.
